June 7th - MOM DJS Presents the OneMama Fundraiser and Fashion Show Party
| Help us empower women and families of rural, impoverished communities around the world to be healthy, educated, and financially successful. Our current goal is to raise $20,000 to bring our on-site solar panels to the health clinic in Uganda, continue HIV and Malaria prevention programs, provide midwives with critical medical supplies, and to expand to surrounding countries.
MOM DJS throws weekly events in SF, LA, HNL and beginning this summer, NYC, and we are excited to be a part of their effort to make us dance through life while we help others.
Starting June 7th MOM SF will donate a portion of its proceeds to OneMama each week. On June 7th, we celebrate our new partnership.

You Are Making A Difference
With many established clinics in our area closing their doors due to financial struggles, OneMama has seen an increase in demand for its services. Your support allows our clinic to increase patient numbers and continue to save lives.
So many have supported and helped and there are still so many obstacles to overcome.
Let's continue the OneMama momentum!
Here are some great ways for you to get involved:
What OneMama needs:
Take Action! Every $4 saves 2 lives!
- Solar Panel Delivery
20 solar panels and 18 batteries donated by The Ross Foundation need a way to Africa! $150 is needed for each for safe arrival.
- Medical Supplies
20 bags of medical supplies donated by The Birthing Foundation also need a way to Africa. $150 for each will ensure their safe trip.
- Solar Panel Installation
OneMama is $3,000 short for the installation costs of what will be an incredible change and addition to what is now a candlelit clinic.
- Ugandan Nurse
$1,000 will pay for 6 months of assistance.
- Malaria Tests
$1,000 will provide 6 months worth of tests.
- Malaria Treatments
$2,000 will give those suffering relief for 6 months.
- Education Supplies
$500 will teach and give those in need a chance to become economically self sufficient.
- Raise money through colleagues and friends. Take up holiday collections or run a race for OneMama and inspire those around you to donate towards your goal.
- Have a bake sale or garage sale with proceeds benefiting OneMama.
- Motivate your company, social group, or church to get involved and donate.
- Know a business owner? Suggest they donate a portion of proceeds to the OneMama cause.
- Have a OneMama or ShaBoom cosmetics party with your closest friends.
- Start a OneMama clinic in a new country or region through the OneMama Franchise Adoption Model.
Our goal is to raise $20,000 before the next trip to Africa in July 2012.
This will ensure that the OneMama clinic is properly running another year.
|However you choose to support to OneMama, remember to have fun doing it!
We are not only about saving lives but also about creating joy in this world.
“We are all OneMama on this OneMother Earth!
We all want to feel like we are loved and we matter in this world!”
Your contribution will directly go to benefit the women, children, and men of these communities.
OneMama is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and your contributions are tax-deductible.
If you have any questions about your donation, you may contact OneMama by phone at 866-485-1447 or 415-971-9324 or online at www.onemama.org/contact_onemama.html.
