OneMama Coffee Project
For Bay Area workplaces
Every cup counts.
The Bay Area’s leading social-impact coffee craft program: craft, regenerative coffee for offices, where every order funds safe births at the OneMama Health Center in Uganda.
Two lives saved with every cup · 30 years of roasting craft · Quarterly impact report for your ESG team
Your office runs on coffee. Make it count.
Bay Area workspaces are engineered for peak performance, yet most still run on outdated coffee setups: basic equipment, erratic deliveries, and a busy facilities team left holding the logistics. Social impact is usually a footnote on the back of a bag. We built the whole program to reverse that: your daily coffee budget becomes an active, measurable force for good.
Not a standard delivery. A full program.
- The coffee: single origins and house blends from a top roaster and top regenerative farms.
- The build: full onsite buildout, including equipment, calibration and station design.
- The training: your team trained in person. Proper espresso, true Italian technique.
- The logistics: inventory, delivery, maintenance and QC. No account ever runs dry.
- The activation: lunch-and-learns and ESG & ERG sessions where Siobhan connects your coffee to lives saved, with real numbers.
Your impact report
Every quarter you get a one-page report: cups served, dollars to OneMama, and the care it paid for. Board-ready for your CFO, post-ready for your People team.
Three blends. One heartbeat.
Roasted by one of the industry’s top roasters (30 years of craft) and developed with elite coffee consultants.
- ♥ Beat — drip coffee blend
- ♥ Throb — espresso blend
- ♥ Ache — decaf, chemical-free Swiss Water process
Good for the earth. Good for the body.
Organic beans may be free from chemicals, but regenerative organic agriculture goes further: it restores the soil and the whole ecosystem. Healthier, drought- and flood-resilient soil, cleaner air and water, no toxic pesticides in the cup, and safer, fairer working practices for farmers.
Two lives saved with every cup.
Since 2008, OneMama’s founding health center in rural Uganda has delivered maternal healthcare, safe births, malaria treatment, HIV prevention and community health to families with nowhere else to turn. Coffee is one of the crops OneMama’s communities grow: livelihoods at the source, served in Bay Area offices, funding healthcare back home.
- $25 — malaria prevention & treatment for families
- $50 — prenatal care & safe birthing support
- $100 — maternal healthcare for about 25 mothers & 25 babies (50 lives)
- $500 — medical supplies, medications & frontline health staff
- $1,000 — community outreach reaching hundreds of people
A people strategy disguised as a coffee program
- ESG that reports itself: quarterly impact data with real health outcomes.
- ERG activation built in: women’s health, global health and maternal care sessions, designed and delivered by Siobhan.
- Engagement that spreads: employees notice when their office coffee funds 50 lives per $100.
- A talent & retention edge: “Our coffee funds maternal healthcare in Uganda” is a recruiting line money can’t buy.
Three steps to your program
- Intro call & tasting
- Site walk-through & program design
- Buildout, training & launch
