Refund policy

We want you to love what you buy from OneMama. If you're not happy with an item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Please email info@onemama.org with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll reply with return instructions.

Not returnable: eBooks and other digital items, gift cards, and items marked final sale. Donations are not refundable through this store; for help with a donation, email info@onemama.org.

Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and check your return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
